Excellent Location and Clean Rooms!

I parked my car easily since the hotel partners with saba. the deal for parking was 32 euro each night, really convenient. the location is amazing. It's close to many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. attractions are a short walk, and the metro and taxi stands are right outside.
the wifi was a bit slow sometimes, slightly inconvenient.

The hotel sits right on the plaza. Many major attractions are easily within walking distance. metro and taxi stations are conveniently just outside, simplifying transportation. countless shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes surround the hotel.

The breakfast had a great selection with an omelet area. The staff were helpful. They were pleasant too.
The check-in process was tedious with tablets. The room had only a shower, though there were bathtub pictures. A fake window opened into a lightwell. This faced ventilation extractors, resulting in noise and smells.

the hotel had a great location near the plaza. i found zara and pull & bear very close. the staff was also very helpful.
the room i had felt cramped. i only had one chair, despite two of us staying there. there was no drawer space for clothes as well as no storage for suitcases.

The room had double doors. This design minimized street sounds effectively, ensuring a quiet environment. I particularly enjoyed the spa facilities. The provided relaxation was superb.
My initial interaction with one staff member at the front desk did not meet my expectations. I found it less cute. Subsequent interactions improved significantly.

The hotel enjoys a superb location. Major tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. Using Uber or taxis was seldom necessary because of the hotel's central position, and the Montjuic view at night was very nice.

The staff demonstrated kindness and helpfulness. I experienced warm and friendly service upon arrival. Petronela and the manager were polite and helpful. They put forth extraordinary effort in every regard.

the hotel location was fantastic. it was very close to everything. the breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. i think they may have sorted that. as we did report it.
the room was fine. it was clean but one of the sockets didn't work. i wasn't happy about it.

the room included a comfortable bed. a spacious wardrobe was there, and there were blackout curtains. the temperature controls were easily adjustable and maintained a consistent climate throughout my stay.

the airport bus stop is about a four minute walk with luggages. i noted that the staff was helpful. one staff member helped sort out a cancelled flight and i appreciated it very much.
